Meet Our Team
Dorazio Real Estate started with Andrew Dorazio and has grown into a close-knit team handling far more than traditional home sales.
Today, Dorazio Real Estate brings together agents, administrative and operations staff, marketing support, and people with hands-on experience across residential sales, multifamily and investment properties, VA transactions, property management, and the Chicago-area market. That mix gives us a broader perspective on the work we do. A home sale can raise questions about financing or property condition. An investment purchase may involve rents, zoning, renovation costs, or long-term management. Even a seemingly straightforward transaction can get complicated quickly.
Having people under one roof who understand those different sides of real estate means our clients aren't relying on a single point of view. They're working with a brokerage built to look at the whole picture, solve problems as they come up, and give better advice because we've dealt with all types of deals and transactions. It’s helped Dorazio Real Estate grow while still operating like a small brokerage. Clients know who they’re working with, communication stays direct, and the advice comes from people who spend their days working in the same neighborhoods and with the same property types our clients are buying and selling.

View Ashwin on LinkedInI specialize in one thing: helping military members and veterans use their VA loan benefit to build real wealth, not just buy a house.
I served in the U.S. Army Reserve from 2015 to 2021. Before real estate, I spent 15+ years in corporate America as a Project Manager and later a Product Manager. That combination — discipline from the military, process from corporate — is how I run every transaction.
Most agents will “work with” a VA buyer. I built my whole practice around it, because I’ve done it myself: I bought a 3-unit property using my own VA loan and house-hacked it, letting two units help cover the mortgage. I’ve completed two single-family flips and served as General Manager of a property management company, overseeing 150 rental units. When I look at a property with you, I think like an investor, not just a salesperson.
I co-host the Chicago Veterans Real Estate Meetup with Andrew Dorazio, where local service members and veterans talk through VA loan strategy and building long-term financial freedom.
Outside of real estate, I’m a dad and a genuine foodie, always trying a new restaurant or recreating a dish at home, which isn’t so different from real estate: both reward patience and doing things right.
Let’s have a conversation about what you’re trying to build!

View Amanda on LinkedInAs a West Coast native now living in Beverly, I've found there’s nothing quite like the character and history of the homes throughout Chicago. While the stunning architecture is what first drew me in, it was the energy, culture, and sense of community that made me fall in love with Chicago.
I have a practical mindset but can’t help my obsession with interiors—I love seeing the potential in every space, and I’m excited to help people find a home that feels right for them.
My background in the entertainment industry has given me a unique ability to connect, communicate, and adapt in fast-paced situations, while my strong organizational skills and tenacity ensure that my clients are always well-supported and advocated for.
When I’m not working, you’ll most likely find me at the park with my 2-year-old daughter or watching a great documentary or movie. Every weekend, we make it a point to try new restaurants, always on the hunt for the best food spots in the city.
I’m excited to bring my passion, persistence, and intuitive approach to Dorazio Real Estate, and I look forward to helping you with your real estate journey!
