What You’ll Do
- Be the Local Expert: Provide high-touch service to buyers across the North Side, Downtown, and suburban Chicagoland.
- Guide the Mission: Expertly navigate clients through the home-buying process, with a heavy emphasis on VA loans, FHA, and investment-focused strategies (house-hacking, multi-family).
- Lead Conversion: Effectively manage and convert high-quality leads provided by the team.
- Advocate & Negotiate: Draft winning offers in a competitive market and negotiate terms that protect our clients' best interests.
- Collaborate: Work closely with our team of agents, vendors, transaction coordinator, and support staff, along with our sister company, BCG Real Estate Group, to provide seamless property management insights for our investor clients.
