We specialize in helping everyone from veterans and active military, to first-time "Hero" buyers (Police, Fire, Healthcare, Education) to savvy investors looking for their next multi-family or mixed-use project.

    We are currently looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Buyer Specialist to dominate the North Side of Chicago, Downtown, and the surrounding suburbs.

    What You’ll Do

    • Be the Local Expert: Provide high-touch service to buyers across the North Side, Downtown, and suburban Chicagoland.

    • Guide the Mission: Expertly navigate clients through the home-buying process, with a heavy emphasis on VA loans, FHA, and investment-focused strategies (house-hacking, multi-family).

    • Lead Conversion: Effectively manage and convert high-quality leads provided by the team.

    • Advocate & Negotiate: Draft winning offers in a competitive market and negotiate terms that protect our clients' best interests.

    • Collaborate: Work closely with our team of agents, vendors, transaction coordinator, and support staff, along with our sister company, BCG Real Estate Group, to provide seamless property management insights for our investor clients.

    Who You Are

    • Licensed & Ready: You hold an active Illinois Real Estate License.

    • Local Knowledge: You know the difference between a Lincoln Park condo, a West Loop loft, and a suburban split-level. You can explain the market trends in each.

    • Mission-Driven: You have a genuine passion for helping veterans and local heroes, in addition to civilians, achieve the dream of homeownership.

    • Growth-Minded: You don’t just want a job; you want to learn the "investor side" of real estate, from rent-roll analysis to value-add strategies.

    • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using modern CRM tools, social media channels, and rapid communication to stay ahead of the market.
